Green River Outpost
Canyonlands National Park, Utah, 2015
During the last week of April 2015, I completed my first overnight river trip, a relaxed 5-day solo float down the Green River through Canyonlands National Park. On the first night, I caught this sunset at Fort Bottom, where this two-story ruin, built by the Ancestral Puebloans (Anasazi) ~750 years ago, sits on top of a hill above the river.
