This is a common sight in Réykjavik, Iceland's capital city. When infants need to go down for a nap, they go into the stroller and outside. And if the parents are shopping or want a cup of coffee, the stroller is parked outside but remains occupied. This is a) how Icelanders become tough to the weather, and b) an example of Réykjavik's extremely low crime rate. Parents, would you try this in Washington, D.C.? Photo © copyright by Greg Owens.
